Editorial Board: Journal of Policy History (December 2024— ): help shape the opinion and direction of the journal along with its conference (Policy History Conference); this includes identifying important historiographic trends, developing new academic programs, and supporting the work of junior scholars.

Editor: H-Pol (January 2022— ): plan, coordinate, and revise material for publication within the H-Pol network (over 2,000 subscribers) and ensure high-quality, scholarly content is accessible to subscribers. This includes moderating discussions, contracting reviews and other scholarly work, and working to develop resources for political historians.

Chair, Constitution Day Committee (Brigham Young University 2020-2023): Ensured academic activities that celebrate the signing of the Constitution (September 17) each year on the BYU campus. This included:
